01

This agreement

In shortUsing Kamo means you accept these terms.

These terms are between you and Senbazuru Lab, Paris, France. By creating an account or using Kamo, you accept them along with the Privacy page. If you use Kamo for a company, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.

02

Your account

In shortOne Senbazuru Lab account, kept safe by you.

You need a Senbazuru Lab account to use Kamo, and you must be 16 or older. Keep your sign-in details and two-step check to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else got in.

03

Credits and payment

In shortCredits are held, then debited only if the job works.

Readings, cuts and some AI features cost credits. Before a job starts we hold the credits it needs and show you the amount. We debit them when the job succeeds and release them if it fails on our side.

Monthly planCredits refill on your billing date. Unused monthly credits don't roll over.
PacksBought credits stay valid for 12 months.
PricesShown with VAT where it applies. We give 30 days' notice before a price change.
RefundsWithin 14 days for unused packs. Failed jobs are never charged.
04

Your content

In shortYou keep every right to it. We get only what we need to run Kamo.

You keep all rights to the videos, clips, assets and art directions you bring or make. You give us a limited licence to store, process and render them, and to post them where you ask, only to provide Kamo to you. It ends when you delete the content, except for copies already posted on other platforms.

You confirm you have the rights to what you upload, including music, guests and third-party footage.

05

Fair use

In shortNo illegal content, no abuse, no breaking Kamo.

Don't use Kamo to make or share content that is illegal, infringes someone's rights, harasses people or misleads them about who made it. Don't try to break, overload, scrape or resell the service, or get around credit limits. We may pause an account that does, and we tell you why.

06

AI suggestions

In shortKamo can be wrong. Check before it goes public.

Moment picks, captions, titles and art directions are produced by models. They can misunderstand context, mishear words or pick a moment that doesn't work out of context. You are responsible for what you publish, including clips posted through Auto mode or approved by an agent.

07

Agents and API keys

In shortWhat an agent does with your key counts as done by you.

Kamo's MCP server lets software act in your studio with an API key. Treat keys like passwords: share them only with tools you trust, give each the smallest access it needs, and revoke them when you're done.

Actions taken with your keys, including spending credits and publishing, are treated as yours. Rate limits and credit caps apply, and we may block a key that harms the service.

08

Other platforms

In shortTwitch, YouTube and others have their own rules, which still apply.

When you connect a platform, its own terms apply to what you post there. We are not responsible if a platform changes its features, removes a permission or takes down a clip.

09

Availability and changes

In shortWe aim to be up all the time and tell you before big changes.

We work to keep Kamo running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or remove features; when that affects what you paid for, we tell you ahead and offer a fair way out.

10

Ending

In shortYou can leave anytime. We give notice unless there's a serious breach.

You can close your account from Settings. You can export your work first; after closing, we delete it as described on the Privacy page. We may close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, with notice when the law allows.

11

Liability

In shortOur responsibility is limited, except where the law says it can't be.

Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or followers, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12

Law and disputes

In shortFrench law. Talk to us first.

These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, write to us first and we will try to fix it. Consumers in the EU can also use a mediator or the courts where they live; otherwise the courts of Paris are competent.

A question about these terms?Write to us before you agree. A person on the team will answer.
