01

Who we are

In shortSenbazuru Lab runs Kamo and is responsible for your data.

Kamo is made by Senbazuru Lab, a studio based in Paris, France. For the data described here, we are the controller under the GDPR. When a creator invites people into a Team, that creator decides what the team members can see, and we act on their behalf.

You can reach our data protection contact at privacy@senbazurulab.com.

02

What we collect

In shortYour account, the channels you connect, what you make in Kamo, and how you use it.

We only ask for what Kamo needs to work. Anything optional is marked as such where you give it.

AccountName, email, Senbazuru Lab account ID, password hash, two-step check settings, language and time zone.
Connected platformsAccess tokens, channel name, follower counts and the VODs you choose to import. We never see your platform password.
Your contentSource videos, transcripts, moments, clips, exports, assets and art directions.
UsageCredits spent, actions in the studio, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP.
PaymentsBilling name, address and VAT number. Card details go straight to our payment provider; we never store them.
Agents and API keysA fingerprint of each key, never the key itself, and a log of the calls made with it.
03

How we use it

In shortTo run Kamo, bill you fairly, keep it safe, and make it better.

We use your data to read your streams, find moments, render clips and post them where you ask. We also use it to hold and debit credits, prevent abuse, answer support requests and understand which features work.

Our legal bases are the contract with you for running the service, our legitimate interest for security and product analytics, your consent for optional cookies and emails, and legal obligations for invoices.

04

AI and your footage

In shortModels read your footage to make your clips. They don't learn from it unless you say yes.

To find moments, Kamo transcribes the audio, reads chat activity and looks at the picture. Some of this runs on model providers we contract with. They process your footage only to return a result to us, under terms that forbid them from keeping or training on it.

We don't use your footage to train general-purpose models. If you turn on “Help improve moment picks” in Settings, we may use your keep and set-aside choices, not the video itself, to tune Kamo's ranking. It's off by default.

05

Who we share it with

In shortOnly the providers that help run Kamo, and the platforms you post to.

We never sell personal data. We share it with the providers below, each bound by a data processing agreement, and with the platforms you connect when you ask Kamo to post.

Your rights

In shortSee, correct, export or erase your data, and say no to what's optional.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, restrict or object to some uses, and withdraw any consent you gave. Most of this is one click in Settings; for the rest, write to us and we answer within 30 days.

If you think we got something wrong, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, or the one where you live.

08

Cookies

In shortEssential cookies keep you signed in. Analytics only if you agree.

09

Security

In shortEncrypted everywhere, keys hashed, two-step check available.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Platform tokens are encrypted separately, API keys are stored as one-way fingerprints, and access to production is limited to a few people, logged and reviewed. If a breach affects you, we tell you and the CNIL within 72 hours.
